Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReefHut, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee all livestock will arrive alive and healthy. Claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Shipping

We ship via overnight express. Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day (Monday-Wednesday only).

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live products, we cannot accept returns. However, we stand behind our live arrival guarantee.
